Andrej Danko: "Gorilla" corruption scandal could lead to opening privatisation agreements

Bratislava, January 24, 2012

Andrej Danko:

According to the SNP if there is a reasonable suspicion of the paying of kickbacks in the privatisation of national property, then this will be a sufficient reason to open privatisation agreements. “It will be very important for the next government to be able to sit together with any representatives of these monopolies and negotiate new rules in order to make profits and fees flow into the public purse without difficulty,“ Andrej Danko, the first deputy chairman of the SNP said.

Andrej Danko: State budget deficits are killing the world economy

Bratislava, November 9, 2011

Andrej Danko: State budget deficits are killing the world economy

I am convinced that not only in Slovakia but also in Europe it is high time to think about how the policy of deficits and debts could bring about total chaos to the economy of Europe. Today  „deficit“ has become a common and usual term when referring to an economy, however its meaning is not so normal. Everyone can spend only as much finance as he/she really owns. Therefore it is no wonder that countries have a proliferation of debts when politicians deal with ‚imaginary‘ money which is somewhere in the air.
